Unfortunatly thier rights are limited leaving them scrambling for a place to live. The goal of Rental Foreclosure Alerts is to help renters protect themselves. For renters, having early notice that the property they are renting is in foreclosure allows them to make plans so thier life is not turned upside down. For renters looking to purchase the home the rent, and oppurtunity comes to work with the mortgage company to purchase the property.
Each week renters will receive a rental heath report on the home. If the home begins the foreclosure process the renter will immediately know. So before the notice to vacate is served, the renter can find another property.
