Renting a property? Minimize

Are you renting a foreclosure in Florida don't know it?

Unfortunately, renters can become victims of foreclosure.  Renters are often blind sided by a foreclosure and have to scramble to find a new home.  Your landlord may not give you notice that the property is in foreclosure and this leaves you out to dry.

In Florida it can take 2-3 months for a property to be fully foreclosed on.  If you knew in advance that the property is "in the foreclosure process" you work on finding a new place.  With RFA (Rental Foreclosure Alert) you will be notified if the your rental home goes into foreclosure. (Only available in Florida)

Enter your property address and email and you will recieve alerts if the home you are renting goes into foreclosure. (For free).  The alerts will give you time to find another place or work on purchasing the property.
